Method 1: Reinstall Drive

  • Dry the glass of the scanner with the help of cloth to get rid of spots. 

  • Now, connect the power cable and switch on your HP printer. 

  • Try to print a page and check if there is any problem. 

  • If this method does not work then try the next one.

Method 4: Check the suitable side for printing

  • There is a paper for printing purpose, you just cannot use any paper to print. 

  • The paper has two sides and the smoother side is used for printing. So, ensure that you use the printing side of the paper. 

  • Ensure that the papers used for printing must be wrinkle-free and clean.
