The users of HP printer may face printing issue in their documents. Sometimes, the HP printer 3830 prints blank pages. It can be due to many reasons. For example, Changes made in print settings Or maybe because of ink-related issue. Therefore, to resolve this issue go through the given methods:

Method 1: Reinstall Drive

If you are having trouble while printing documents then you need to uninstall the printer’s driver and all the software related to it. Now, reinstall it again. 

Method 2: Ink Stain

If the ink is a smudge on the back of your HP printer, then there is a chance that the HP printer will print blank pages. Therefore, to fix this problem complete the below-mentioned steps:

• Firstly, switch on your HP printer and now put the papers into the input tray. 

• Select “setup” in the control panel of your printer. 

• Now, select the “tools” option and then click on “clean smears”. 

• Apply all the settings and then select the “Print Test Page” option.

Method 3: Wipe the scanner glass

• Use a clean cloth and a cleaner to wipe the glass of the scanner in your HP printer. 

• Switch off your printer and then remove the power cable. 

• Now, lift the lid of the scanner and wipe the glass with lint-free material. 

• Dry the glass of the scanner with the help of cloth to get rid of spots. 

• Now, connect the power cable and switch on your HP printer. 

• Try to print a page and check if there is any problem. 

• If this method does not work then try the next one.
